It's the lack of news that I think most us struggle with. As has been repeatedly stated, the SP pre-NASDAQ isn't really a concern.

The concerns for me are:

1. Are they able to successfully commercialise their technology into high volume purchase orders?

2. Will they list before February to avoid the extra dilution?

Number 1 they may currently be doing- but its impossible to tell, and I really did expect more information in the past few months. In this difficult economic environment, it is easy to conclude they are having real difficulty in getting the market to adopt their technology. That may be wrong- but what do we have to go on?

I also note that I have not had a reply to an e-mail I sent to Falconer on some of these aspects. Very disappointing- I would have thought prompt shareholder communication in this environment would have been important.

And just if anyone is wondering, I continue to buy- using the limited evidence available. But I do think TZ should be handling this better.
