The President of Somalia is reported to be wearing a big grin right now, not bad for a man trying to run one of the most dangerous countries in the world. Why so happy? Well reportedly he's got about US$3Mill plus in the bank after his little trip to London and a chat with the boys from Africa Oil and Range. Of course that's your money that just disappeared but it could have been worse - the initial asking price to get the President to 'see the light' about Puntland was US$30mill!
