There is no first place. There is no today that is separate from yesterday or tomorrow. The chicken and the egg scenario is an illusion. Time, as we understand it is just an illusion. This sounds counter intuitive because this is not what our senses tell us....but our senses are as such that we can function in our environment. They do not allow us to sense ultimate reality.
