one in 20 year flood event

In VPE's quarterly report (30.4.), it was mentioned that:
"It is anticipated that VPE Cooper Basin oil production will recommence in September 2010."
I just wonder if this timing is still accurate or if activities could resume either earlier (hopefully) or even later (which would be unfortunate...).
Anybody knowing how the affected flooded areas are recovering from that onslaught?? What is best estimate for resumption of activities. One would think that VPE/ITC will have to announce something sooner or later?
