You will find many average aussies overcommitted themselves based on skyrocketing house prices, ie they thought it would just keep on going up and they would never get a home, also the ones who bought properties to rent thinking it was a goldmine with rising prices, how many are going to want to buy a rental knowing they are falling?, party is over folks.
