Yeah it will be isolated, probably in martgage belt type areas, where the occupants work in general type jobs on wages that can't service the loan. I think SB is spot on, just stick to good property priciples, buy good assets, i.e. in WA near river or coast if you can and ride out the fall out from other areas.
