I assume there are synergies involved (I expect they mentioned them at the time of acquisition).
Probably already integrated into the same software, and the brand awareness of having multiple businesses, as a basic one. Do they share staff? I don't know. Do they make a profit? I guess. But yes, they're a bit stagnant.
Maybe they sit on the back burner getting a bit less attention, while focusing on the high growth division.
