It's obvious the company will always get the money, the political brinkmanship has had a major effect on ECT because investors don't have a clear path to enter and exit thanks largely to wish washy Governments.
ESI's plan is so simple.
Through a Special Purpose Vehicle ESI buy the standard brown coal for under $10 and turn it into an export product better than interstate coals. ESI will sell it for atleast $100 after we collect the tax break on the beneficiation process that will cost around $40
Bring in a Carbon price and ESI take the Local market too.
