DarkAngel, I am very interested in the points you are making, but I have to be honest, I don't actually understand exactly which angle you are coming from?

Can you clarify your position ...

I assume from some of your previous postings that you are in favour of Mr Tay's resolutions being passed if that comes about?

You state that the Board appointing a one man committee shows arrogance on their behalf (I assume you are referring to Mr Carson and Co. etc)

Then you also state that you are suspicious of the major shareholder for putting undue pressure on the Directors to elect the one man committee.

This indicates that you think Xing Hua may vote against Mr Tays proposals? Is this correct?

If this is the case, are you assuming that X/Hua are basically happy with the current Board?

ps. I have no objection to any of your points of view, either way .... simply making sure I understand your position
