Texasoil, May be i am not knowledgeable enough, but I never heard of one-man-committe before, I don't think Xinhua's representative shall chair the meeting,I dont't know which side Xinhua will vote, however, since their placement offer had been blocked at the previous EGM by shareholders, therefore, it is better to hire an external chair person to make it 100% independent.
