I am getting increasingly uneasy with the situation of this one person committee. I agree with the previous posts that while the committee represents the interest of Xin Hua, it cannot really be independent.
In my opinion,the board members responsible for this decision have erred in their judgment and action.
Maybe they do not feel that they have anything to loose with this arrangement! But the other shareholders have.
Putting Xin Hua in such a powerful position augers badly for the rest of the shareholders as we become effective victims to the whims of Xin Ha. The full value of DMA would not be realised under this influence.
We do need dynamic leadership who are prepared to stomp the grounds of Praire Downs rather than remotely manage the situations from the eastern seaboard.
It is time to make the change and then bring on board a dynamic chairman and dynamic geologist who really does not need to sit on the board.
