Suggest you compare (i) initial investment
(ii) where you could be now if the CRR deal had not been rejected, after it had been signed by both parties concerned and a US$ 1 million payment made in trust to JRV!!!!!
(iii) where you are now financially.
(iv) what you may have received - even in bank interest.
Whatever the loss, the management has failed to account for its lack of management in general, bungling of deals, $1million+ / yr losses from Bullabulling over 4+ years and then its sell-off earlier this year ....possibly the questions being raised were getting a little too close to the bone.
My advice: Focus on the management and its degree of effectiveness. If your happy with your returns - GREAT
If not, don't waste time splitting hairs - look after your own interests!!!
