An interesting observation from here's johnny. "the board wouldn't let it happen" as we all know who johnny is don't we.
Obviously this site is still being monitored by the Company stooges so I will ask johny this?
What has changed with the board that they would stop the chairman doing as he pleases.
Is the new board appointee going to stand up against a decision of the chair.
Is the chair now being dictated to by the family member being appointed, and who is pulling the strings of the new appointee.
Since becoming involved with this Company I have evidenced the removal from the board of anybody who dares question any decision by the chair so what has changed.

I also question the appointment to the board of someone who holds no shares in the Company and as such has no interest in seeing the SP rise to the benefit of shareholders.

So johnny can you please give me some answers to these questions, I am sure it would make interesting reading.
