5c is a massive discount from the 6.5c deal for Mariola (200m shares @ 6.5c = $13m) which are already only worth $10m with today's trading. They would surely have to reject such a reduction, or request more shares?
Question on my mind - is there any positive spin on this? Is it worth a speculative buy at 5c? Upside in the fact that BMB is trading at all time lows, and although our LT holding sentiment is &$#@house, we are pretty much at rock bottom - we can go lower, but will we?
