It's disappointing to see you back in bed with these bunglers, Pokerface. Management have proven they cannot handle the capital you bleed to them so persistently. Deflector was a mismanaged farce. After a slow and lingering death, that project gave way to an asset sale that will ensure BTV have the funds to purchase another ill-advised project, probably from an associate company. All the while the directors keep getting paid...

The market is telling you that it doesn't trust BTV to invest the hard assets wisely, so the simple question is:

What past evidence has led you to believe BTV will invest the money appropriately and for the benefit of shareholders?
