You should get a piece of the action. Sitting on the sideline is never a lot of fun. Not much downside; it is half price to NTA not counting any tenement assets. I got singed at one point also, but halp price to NTA is rather compelling, and at some point surely they will hit on a decent opportunity given the areas they are playing in!!
