I believe that the 3% figure is correct for AIM, regarding notification of substantial holding, 30% for official takeover has to occur.

However it is very easy to manipulate the rules through multiple accounts etc, before setting off any alarms etc.

Now I am not at all suggesting we are about to be taken over at this stage of the game, at these levels, it wont be allowed to happen IMO. I just cant beleive the current strength,volumes, re-rating etc is solely based on retail investors, churning daytraders etc.

One look at the breakdown of the AIMs Computershare Holding Account covering the breakdown of the AIMs 900 million share holding would paint a very factual picture, however so far it would seem, nobody has been privy to this info.
