re: no paddles monday yeah, I gave up trading temporarily cos of other things I have to get done, but have strayed from that decision a bit cos I had a bit of free time, but not really in tune with the market and forcing trades impatiently because of lack of time. No great damage done, just one losing trade that I'd hedged anyway, just irritated at myself for being undisciplined, probably good to get a slapping ocasionally, teach me to remember to respect the market. Anyway, I'm out again and will stay out this time til I'm ready to trade with due attention again.
