The December 2014 Market Upate was dated 10 December 2014 The next report after that one, the December Qtrly. which was dated 30 Jan 2015, did not mention any date for finalization - only ....With the Definitive Feasibility Study currently underway.

Yes but the Half Yearly might not come out until well into March - last year it was released 14/3/2014
I hope you are right about end of Feb, but I'm not that confident.
