They will struggle to get more than net asset value of $1.40 - 1.50 unless they can demonstrate good returns.
If I was an overseas player interested in this space, now would be a great time to do a deal. The instos would surely sell in a flash for something sensible around NAV. The founders would have to think quite hard too.
One thing's for certain, no shareholder, big or small, is doing any good at 70c.
