    And don't forget that the Operation director George Tumur(the Mongolia citizen who working on the ground) had bought 235k shares on the market at 8.4cents in late Sept. He knows more than anyone on HC and bought way above its current sp. Either he was really stupid, either he was very confident that he was getting a good deal at 8.4cents.
