FLAW IN REASONING: Often, people take drugs because they are suffering from pain & distress. Although drugs do cause more pain & distress, often people begin to take drugs because of pain & distress. To think people take drugs just to "get out of it" is a rather superficial & shallow view of things. Clearer, the manslaughterer had alot of psychological problems.
