QGC offer is unconditional now. So I don't think they can delist...

    QGC offer is unconditional now. So I don't think they can delist the company (It was a threat to get shareholders to sell into the offer). To aquire the company compulsorily they'll need 90% Note BOW has 7.2% plus another private shareholder has 5% (refer SSH notices).

    I'm waiting for the RPM board to respond to BOWs' offer so I can accept their bid.
