You have the likes of DML (Discovery Metals) trading non stop through all these bank/debt extensions and re-doing and re-doing and re-doing finalisation of recap or refinancing deal, still nothing formalised yet, but soon we will hear more and DML can then operate on a medium-long term basis. DML Directors are always contactable and approachable to discuss current annc's and the way forward within ASX disclosure regulations, etc... even the receptionists are friendly helpful and professional should m'ment be in a meeting to organise a callback.

On the other hand, you have MBN m'ment - totally uncontactable, untouchable, feel they are above everyone else not to make themselves available, plus suspending trading in early October 2013 (130 days ago) with no new information to report at that time - absolute bunch of FW, SHOULD THEY NOT come out with an annc confirming a deal has been finalised by the Feb 20th or Feb 24th, whatever the hell the deadline date is. If they do, all will be forgiven. And hopefully none of these BS statements that there is no guarantee a deal can be reached, etc...
