Once again will love to be proved wrong but I'm tipping more time for "ing" words..!
I believe they were very deliberate and very careful in their wording (as they often appear to be) to not say BFS, rather the vague "optimised project path forward" being completed and nothing at all about announcements.
That anyone would read this as "the BFS will be released in May" was always grasping at straws.
I'm not really confident we are up to date with appeals & challenges over the rights but I'm also with those that believe it'll all be released at once. The jv partner/go it alone option and the corresponding BFS based on the partner situation.
This could take another month or so but i think the Oppies are still are decent bet.
