Some of your comments are valid Davo. This program commenced with RIA fully funded. Not sure how they are tracking budget wise so far and dont know how much has been allowed for contingencies if overruns occur. What we obviously need is some results and the best chance of getting them is side tracking closer to the historic IVCO 14 site IMO. That seems quite obvious but I am wondering why a definitive decision hasnt already been made and announced so we have some direction unless there are other options that I am unaware of.
The Accra block participation may or may not be awarded and even if it is, RIA is not bound to accept. If it isnt awarded, there is 15 million in the cashflow that could be utilised in the event of a shortfall without further funding should it be needed as far as I'm aware. At this stage I would think RIA would want the opportunity of Accra and would proceed.
