if dh is right can somebody tell me the benefit in having the oppie conversion so low?

to me it seems its a reward to holders because you think you would be guaranteed the oppotunity to convert them. plus basically guarantees more funds because of the low price.
But it adds to dilution.
The thing is if DR SUN takes nay shares as part of the pn then he is not worried about dilution and niether is mf if he has agreed to support cr
