I had three attempts to ring their telephone banking and three times I had to go into the bank to reset the word in one day. It turns out that different departments had a different secret word. Denied of course but a yelling match in public at the branch ended up proving that it was the problem. Such rude treatment I felt sorry for the branch staff. I did get a letter from my local manager say it was all fixed but no apology. I am scared to ring again. Our banking system is broken. Having been with my branch for over 30 years I was shocked.
