    That is so funny Voltaire, I experienced exactly the same in 2003.

    I was still very inexperienced and thought that I am a superwoman for making money on the shorts.
    Then overnight General Schwarzkopf landed Kuwait or wherever, The next morning the market gapped up so much that I got wiped out!!
    I wish I had read your post then... :-)

    Also, Gulf War 1991 chart looks exactly the same as 2002/3...
