    Great reminder. Percentages can be misleading as we all know that the lower the base the higher the percentgae returns, so if for example the market drops 70% droping from 100 to 30 and then increass 50%, then despite a seemingly great return it means we are still 55% down. this is why I believe one should never be fully invested in any market as one should always be able to take advantage of the depths of these markets as selected stocks will always fall more than the market. The last correction taught me alot, fundemental value is swept aside in these corrections. I had a big holding in an oil stock that had 30 cents per share in cash, good reserves and profitable production even when oil was at $35, and no plans to spend the cash, and it traded in the very low 20s for weeks. I never thought you could be cash for a 50% discount but you could
