My son works as a firie in a small country town and he told me there are some locals (white) that are falsely getting benefits by claiming they are Aboriginal. They even brag about it. I think all they have to do is tick a small box on the form. There were a few there who have been rorting the system for years. Can you imagine how widespread the problem is? It's about time something was done.
