If far had a consolidation say 1 in 10 or 1 in 5 then the numbers would be a lot better. The sp would go up accordingly and then there would be less shares available to trade thus pushing the sp up higher. The problem we have is the timing of the next announcement. If it doesn't come until next year the sp will naturally drift down. imho
