I think I did the numbers previously.. he has bit over 10% here, about 7-8 % there, rough estimates...I have concluded the thing across the road is least a quarter away in time frame, and several opportunity will arise to by sub today's SP, IMO you never buy the first run up..but that s just me...no. 472 on the 'the list'...
Also most need to remember just because MW announces to the market an acq has been signed, doesn't mean all is done, many more weeks of work to complete..he doesn't just sign a piece of paper, ann to the market then change hats...formalities take time , much time...IMO if I had 100m units I wouldn't be doing anything else until I was absolutely sure things here were perfect, not good, perfect and I had checked its 30 times over..
