Lol it's been called the most expensive shell since 1c
Other shells don't have the director, or their input.
MW is most likely a charitable man, but nobody in their right mind will dilute their own shares to buggery.. So a lack of dilution is a safe bet imo.
Today we closed on another 52 week high with some big buy orders today..
I'm sorry but nobody throws $100k at a shell without good research by whatever means they have.
Follow the money and follow the man with the reputation.
Another factor I have thought of, wouldn't a higher market cap at acquisition stage minimise dilution??? (Less shares)...
Is a high market cap for a shell a bad thing? I would have thought the opposite in terms of acquiring something with value.
Any minute now imo.
