As we know - the market price is just a reflection of psychology. Some will be bullish by the price action and being so close to an acquisition. Others will be fearful that any delay in the acquisition might result in a sell-off. At the end of the day, this has a strong element of chance to it, and for some of the winnings can be collected early - hence some selling. Just rambling
