My guess is that there will be a string of announcements over the coming 2-6 weeks. MW and Co would like to see the SP & Market Cap well north of current levels before looking at issuing more shares. This stock will re-rate depending on how solid the product is that SRT is acquiring. From there I will agree 100% with you Wishy, MW has way too much skin in the game here to allow massive dilution. Ask yourself this question what would you do in his position? This is one interesting shell, bring on the pending news flow, GLTAH. wouldn't 3c+be nice going into the weekend??? BTW I am a Financial Adviser, the entire industry has had massive reform and it continues with new technologies, outsourcing administration capabilities overseas and most importantly regulatory changes i.e. the Trowbridge Report being the big story to impact advisers from 2016 onwards.
