(and I do) However, it is suggested on another site, that a CR or Rights Issue will be on the cards again. the fact that the directors took shares in lieu of pay says that capital is not readily available. I also noted they didn't say how the shares were distributed to the directors..... were they at prevailing prices.???? If anyone knows how these things are arranged could they post it to me at raehoughton at bigpond.com
