Many companies trade way above and way below their NTA but Property trusts shouldn't really fluctuate much around that value. If they are run well they will be above but there are inherent limitations to how much above they can go. I'm only holding back from selling now because they are so stable and as stated may have a distribution upside next year. Oh and I don't want to pay the CGT (I was lucky enough to get a lot at 15-30c. This has been by far my most successful investment in my life.
