Mmm, I wonder if NST got a $100m underwriting commitment and then raised $100m in one day without anybody talking to investors first. Perhaps not the details but hypothetically speaking at least, "what if we were too...?". Coincidences happen all the time, and it was a good spike to sell into, but in a properly regulated market his emails and phone calls would be checked. I doubt it happens here.
