Although the CR was some time ago, I wonder if the unsold shares are still being trickled onto the market by the underwriting broker, thereby suppressing the sp.
But I've held HZN for about 2 years now (with some sell down at its peak and buy up at current sp) so have seen the sp languish then spurt up.
Patience.(and I rarely select buy for sentiment).
