One of the best shells on the market: Target 4c, page-4

Personally not really surprised, this stock has been in the doldrums now for sometime and the fact we are pushing to the limit meant high risk. However, the risk has been removed by PVD, sadly they came under the radar (until the 1st announcement) and got the majority of their shares cheap. Since then they have basically got away with getting their shares off dimwits who are selling even though they know there is shark circling and buying any scraps. It's criminal really (Not PVT as it's just business for them).

It's a case of sit tight and watch them play their games, as I see the BOT is back so expect a 0.003c finish to keep the dumb wits guessing or panicking into selling.

Won't stay under the radar for long, and I have noticed that these posts are now getting more views so with good news it's only a matter of time.
