    @gottalove taking an alternative view, if nothing does happen in the stipulated timeframe and JKA is ultimately delisted by the ASX, what happens then?

    Do JKA continue to trade as a privately listed company?
    PVD (I assume) have invested too much for that to happen, but it remains a possibility at present....

    Any thoughts?
