    Most optimism re TOX as an topnotch small cap was clearly wrong. Fortunately i didn't buy any... pre or post result. But bought some SWL a month ago at 1.20 only to see SP fall to 1.09. But stayed the course and today's yr end met my hopes. That's how a small cap should perform. Plus divs remain modest (9.7% gross) as cash in bank grows. Yup... its off topic but TOX holders may be interested.
