OK Dave, I am only pulling your leg on that one but Trump does NOT reckon hydroxy as you call it is a cure (and nor his supporters) - but it does assist in preventing infection as it strengthens ones immune system. That's why it is popular in malaria prone countries - it helps prevent malaria reoccurring.
