Just looking thru a few old announcements i was pleasantly surprised to find that in addition to the 2 copper plays Altona also has Uranium & Rare Earth deposits.
"The uranium and rare earth mineralisation hosted by the breccias is attributed to the much later Isan Orogeny. The association of rare earth elements (lanthamum and cerium) with Uranium at the Mary Kathleen deposits is well established, having been reported as one of the largest rare earth accumulations within Australia".
With two high quality advanced stage copper projects (Outokumpu in Finland and Roseby near Mt Isa in Queensland), over 1Mt of contained copper in Resources, near-term production, and a strong balance sheet, Altona is poised to deliver significant shareholder value.
