In addition to what you said, one thing I like this company is the ability to attract major players to chip in, preserve cash without dilute the share base.

Majority of uranium companies either spend money like there is no tomorrow, or issue shares options like crazy. UEQ has only issue meaningless number of shares since 2007.

However, patient is required. The uranium price is under pressure recently, and high risk is always associate with new technology.

But hold some at such low level could be very rewarding in 12 to 24 months. Let's see.
