I'm expecting KRC to launch a CR today or Monday given the recent Va price movements.

Before everyone jumps up & down, these are the facts:
- June Quarterly (4C) shows $716k cash
- Anticipated Q3 outflows $654k (also in 4C)

So given we are now at the end of July, they only have 2 months of cash left.

They last raised $1m at .4 on 20-April

So if they pulled the trigger today, they could get it away at .8 or at the very worst .7 given the volume / price action of late.

If I was management, I would take advantage of this market gift in the Va price & sentiment to pull the trigger.
