I doubt it, they considered a buyback when the SP was $1, significant shareholders quizzed them about it, they said they believed it would add significant value (or words to that effect), but it wasnt as important to them as paying off debt (and other priorities).
Paying off debt is one of the things that has bought the share price up (its boosted confidence in management and reduced risk), but they will never get the opportunity to do a buyback on such favourable terms, and long term its obvious now that they made the wrong decision.
Its the only criticism i have of management.
