A logical fit for S32 and I am quite comfortable with more coking coal (2m tonnes pa from Tahmoor) and minimal steaming (45,000 tonnes pa). I would prefer a metals acquisition, but hey.
I wonder if S32 has asked the ACCC whether a Tahmoor acquisition will pass anti-trust. Glencore would obviously desire as many serious bidders as possible and would want S32 to NOT ask the question.
