    I don't think that there is 10 - 15% available for a foreign buyer like Singapore. Can only be a 49% max foreign ownership while they have the V-Australia business.

    I think Virgin Group plus Air NZ equals high 40's%

    Unless of course they bought it from Virgin...or Air NZ.
